Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the protection of personal data and on amendment and supplementation of certain laws.

The operator, 3BMONT SLOVAKIA s.r.o., processes personal data of customers in the following scope:
a. Legal entity:
– company name,
– billing address of the company,
– VAT number, tax identification number, VAT number,
– delivery address
– name and surname of the contact person,
– phone number,
– email address
b. Natural person:
– name and surname of the contact person,
– delivery address
– phone number,
– email address
Personal data is processed by 3BMONT SLOVAKIA s.r.o. for the purpose of
a. invoicing of delivered goods
b. invoicing of delivered services
c. sending mail offers of 3BMONT SLOVAKIA s.r.o.
d. execution of the contract, debt recovery
Personal data are accessible only to authorised persons at the controller who process the personal data, and also to processors who process personal data on behalf of the controller, on the basis of an intermediary contract.
Personal data is also available to providers of software equipment or support and management and maintenance of technical equipment.
The Operator declares that:
1. It will only use the processed personal data of the data subjects for the above purposes in the context of its business activities.
2. The non-use of sending mail and telephone offers of the operator’s products does not entail the threat of rejection of the contractual relationship.
The personal data that you provide to the operator via the registration form or direct order must be true, and in the event of a change, you are obliged to immediately inform the operator of the change.
The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, while your rights are regulated by the general Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. e.g. the right to request in writing:
You have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information about how we use your personal data. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in written documentary form, unless otherwise requested by you. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically where technically possible.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date. If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to amend, update or supplement this information.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data, for example if the personal data we have collected about you is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the original purpose of the processing or if you withdraw your consent to the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all the relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we may not be able to comply with your request.
In certain circumstances, you are entitled to ask us to stop using your personal data. For example, if you think that the personal data we hold about you may be inaccurate or if you think that we no longer need to use your personal data.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you have provided to us to another third party of your choice. However, the right of portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you on the basis of consent or on the basis of a contract to which you are a party.
You have the right to object to data processing that is based on our legitimate interests (for example, we process personal data for the purpose of network and infrastructure security). If we do not have a compelling legitimate ground for processing and you object, we will no longer process your personal data.
You have the right to refuse automated decision-making, including profiling, which results in a legal or similar significant consequence for you. The Company does not normally use automated decision-making or profiling in the context of employment.
In most cases, we do not process your personal data on the basis of your consent. However, we may ask for your consent in specific cases. Where we do this, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the continued use of your personal data.

Personal data will be stored by 3BMONT SLOVAKIA s.r.o. in accordance with the Act on Archives and Registers, the Act on Accounting and the VAT Act for 10 years following the year to which it relates (the year when the last invoice was issued).
Personal data intended for marketing purposes will be stored by 3BMONT SLOVAKIA s.r.o. for 10 years from the date of consent or until the consent is revoked by the data subject.
The data subject may request the rectification of personal data, the restriction of processing or their deletion.
